The Associate Field Marketing Specialist is an entry level role focused on supporting the execution of segment marketing activities to generate demand accelerate pipeline and drive revenue growth for nCino. This role will gain knowledge of nCino the industry and business segments while providing tactical day to day support to the team.

Essential Functions:

Assist in the execution of North America field marketing activities and administrative tactical work supporting events webinars digital advertising email campaigns and direct mail to engage prospects and customers under guidance.
Support team with campaign coordination and data management developing distributing and organizing resources.
Assist in the team with coordination of field-level events including sponsorships trade shows and executive programs with Global Events Team.
Assist with post-campaign data gathering for analysis and reporting to measure effectiveness and support continuous improvement efforts.
Support collaboration with Sales Product Marketing Partner Marketing and other internal teams to align marketing activities with business objectives and provide insights on marketing program performance.
Support research efforts of field marketing best practices industry trends and competitive activity under supervision.
Learn to leverage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to support campaign execution and data accuracy.

Minimum Requirements:

Undergraduate degree.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Organized and detail oriented.
Collaborative team player with a proactive results-oriented attitude.
Effective communication skills.

Preferred:

Knowledge of the financial services or banking industry.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce 6sense and Marketo.

The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge skills abilities proficiencies experience education licensures/certifications as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement. The recruiter for this job posting can share more compensation details during the recruitment process as base salary is only one component of the total compensation package per position posted.

The base salary range for this job is:

$28.20 - $45.10
