Job Summary
Job Description
We are looking for a BESS Engineering Projects Manager to lead large-scale battery energy storage projects for a top global energy company. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned professional with deep engineering expertise in BESS and strong project management experience responsible for delivering complex projects safely on time and to the highest technical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the engineering design integration and commissioning of large-scale BESS projects.
- Oversee project execution managing timelines budgets and multidisciplinary teams.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders contractors and suppliers to ensure excellence in delivery.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards safety protocols and quality requirements.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies across the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering (or other relevant degrees)
- Hands-on experience with BESS systems from an engineering perspective.
- Proven track record in project management of large-scale energy storage or renewable projects.
- Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
