Location: Rio Rancho NM
Contract Duration: 14 Weeks
Schedule: 3x12s 36 hours/week Every other weekend required
Shifts: Day Evening or Night
Pay Rate: $30/hr

Job Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nursefor an exciting job in Rio Rancho NM.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and facility policies.
Monitor and document residents health status promptly reporting any changes.
Assist residents with activities of daily living including hygiene mobility and nutrition.
Support and guide CNAs to maintain consistent high-quality care.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
Adhere to infection control safety and compliance protocols.
Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as scheduled.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
License: Active LPN/LVN license in New Mexico or Compact State.
Certification: Current BLS (AHA) required.
Experience: At least 1 year in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred.
Demonstrates strong clinical skills attention to detail and compassionate care delivery.
