We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Office Specialist to support both HR administration and office management functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a diverse range of responsibilities ensuring smooth daily operations while supporting our employees throughout their lifecycle.

What youll do

HR Administration:

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes. Manage documentation collection background checks role profiles labour contracts and termination orders ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations;

  • Assist in managing employment and change letters maintain employee records and support employee inquiries and issue resolution;

  • Administer employee benefits programs coordinate with external partners and contribute to HR initiatives;

  • Assist in preparing HR reports data analytics and dashboards as needed;

  • Support performance review processes including setup tracking progress and ensuring timely completion;

Office Administration:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient working environment;

  • Manage office supplies and inventory including placing orders and receiving deliveries;

  • Coordinate business trips travel arrangements and transfers;

  • Assist with organizing team events

What you need to have

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an HR Administration or Office Administration role.

  • University degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of labour law fundamentals and HR best practices.

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A proactive people-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
