We serve a diversified customer base including aerospace medical large equipment and business since 1918 we are seeking long-term employees to join our team. 2nd shift (3pm to 11:30pm) Monday to Friday $23 per hour after 1st shift training.

3rd shift (11pm - 7:30am) Sunday to Thursday $22 per hour after 1st shift training.

All training on 1st shift. $20 per hour

SUMMARY OF JOB

We are seeking a detail-oriented Precision Masker to prepare aerospace components for plating and this role you will apply masking materials with accuracy and care to ensure only the correct surfaces are exposed. Attention to detail steady hands and the ability to work with small tolerances are essential. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in crafts fine assembly electronics painting or other work requiring precise hand skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Apply masking materials (tape plugs lacquers caps etc.) to exact areas of aerospace components.
Trim shape and remove maskants using hand tools with precision.
Protect adjacent surfaces from overspray spillover or chemical intrusion.
Work on parts with complex shapes and tight tolerances.
Inspect masked parts to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
Maintain a clean organized and safe workspace.
Follow safety procedures for handling chemicals solvents and sharp tools.
Perform other duties as assigned (include this in all descriptions)

EDUCATION SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to follow instructions drawings and specifications.
Experience with precision tools or craftwork is a plus.
Attention to detail and patience for repetitive careful work.

Preferred:

Experience in aerospace plating painting electronics assembly jewelry making fine crafts or similar precision work.
Knowledge of plating or finishing processes.
Familiarity with aerospace quality standards (e.g. AS9100 NADCAP).

WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job the employee may be exposed to dangerous chemicals including exposure to fumes or airborne particles below OSHA permissible limits. Frequently exposed to high heat and humid conditions. Employee will be frequently exposed to loud sounds below the OSHA permissible limits.
