Job Summary
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Las Cruces NM 88007
Contract Duration: 14 Weeks
Schedule: 3x12s 36 hours per week Every other weekend required
Shift: All Shifts Available (Day Evening Night)
Pay Rate: $30/hr
Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nursefor an exciting job in Las Cruces NM.
Responsibilities
Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and on schedule.
Observe record and report changes in residents conditions to the supervising RN or physician.
Assist residents with daily living activities including hygiene mobility and nutrition.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Supervise and support CNAs in the delivery of patient care.
Maintain accurate timely and compliant documentation in medical records.
Adhere to all infection control safety and facility policies.
Provide assistance with CNA duties when needed.
Work every other weekend and holiday as scheduled.
Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
Licensure & Certifications:
Active LPN/LVN License in the State of New Mexico or Compact State.
BLS Certification (American Heart Association).
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
