Job Summary
Assist in preparing the annual budget and financial forecasts.
Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
Support in cost control initiatives and budgetary compliance.
Prepare management reports on budget utilization.
Requirements
* Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field. (CPA CMA is a plus.)
* Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting roles with at least 2 years in a senior budgeting position.
* Proven experience in real estate or construction companies is a must.
* Exposure to international companies or experience dealing with foreign entities is highly preferred.
* Knowledge of Egyptian tax regulations and IFRS.
* Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Strong analytical organizational and communication skills
