The Role
As an IT Technician you will:
- Provide technical support to staff and students across the school.
- Maintain install and troubleshoot hardware software and network systems.
- Support the management of user accounts printers and classroom technology.
- Ensure all ICT equipment is in good working order and maintained efficiently.
- Assist with upgrades data backups and IT asset management.
Requirements
- Has previous experience in an IT support or technician role ideally in an educational setting.
- Possesses strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems networks and common software.
- Demonstrates excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Is organised efficient and able to prioritise workloads effectively.
- Has a proactive approach and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
