Role Snapshot

Set up operate and program CNC vertical mills and/or CNC lathes for diverse highprecision work.
Read drawings select tooling/fixtures set work/geometry/tool offsets and run firstarticle to print.
Create/edit Gcode; optimize feeds/speeds; reduce cycle time while maintaining tolerance.
Collaborate with inspection on inprocess checks; document revisions; maintain machine health.
Contribute to continuous improvement across setups workholding and programming standards.

MustHave Qualifications

310 years in CNC machining with proven setups and onmachine programming/editing.
Strong print reading GD&T basics probing/inprocess inspection and safe workholding.
Comfortable moving from small precision parts to medium work (per machine envelopes below).
Ownership mindset: firstarticle quality zero crashes and disciplined documentation.

NicetoHaves

Prior experience on any CTD mills/lathes listed below.
Multipart fixture strategies twinpallet workflow (where applicable) and cycletime reduction wins.
