Role Snapshot
- Set up operate and program CNC vertical mills and/or CNC lathes for diverse highprecision work.
- Read drawings select tooling/fixtures set work/geometry/tool offsets and run firstarticle to print.
- Create/edit Gcode; optimize feeds/speeds; reduce cycle time while maintaining tolerance.
- Collaborate with inspection on inprocess checks; document revisions; maintain machine health.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across setups workholding and programming standards.
MustHave Qualifications
- 310 years in CNC machining with proven setups and onmachine programming/editing.
- Strong print reading GD&T basics probing/inprocess inspection and safe workholding.
- Comfortable moving from small precision parts to medium work (per machine envelopes below).
- Ownership mindset: firstarticle quality zero crashes and disciplined documentation.
