Job Summary
Telemetry RN Job Summary:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Telemetry unit.
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions.
- Document patient care accurately in medical records.
- Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
- Work 12-hour shifts (2 per week) including rotating shifts weekends and holidays.
- Adhere to hospital policies procedures and safety guidelines.
