Job Summary

Job Summary:

- 100% remote position; no sponsorship available
- Requires strong experience with Remedy Helix including implementation integration and migration (version 25.x)
- Must have advanced Remedy development skills in highly-customized environments
- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting experience required
- Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL with experience in Innovation Studio
- Experience setting up Helix on-premises infrastructure including advanced features and performance tuning
- Experience with progressive web apps and Smart IT
- Responsible for building features supporting the clients Remedy Helix Migration program (per Jira tickets)
- Involvement in Helix production migration and integrations
- Implementation within the CARS development area
- Code management using Clients GIT system following OSS-Ticking standards
- Perform QA testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Prepare production release documentation
- Responsible for production deployment at least two weeks prior to the project end date
