7:00 AM 3:00 PM
3:00 PM 11:00 PM
11:00 PM 7:00 AM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient care on an as-needed basis. The RN will deliver direct nursing care collaborate with the healthcare team and ensure patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care in accordance with nursing standards.
Administer medications treatments and procedures as prescribed.
Monitor patient conditions and document changes in patient status accurately.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions and care plans.
Collaborate with physicians other nurses and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
Respond effectively to emergencies and provide necessary interventions.

Required Qualifications:

Valid RN license in the state of Maryland.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Strong clinical critical thinking and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible PRN hours including evenings nights weekends and holidays as needed.
