Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Oncology RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care and treatment to ill injured and recovering adults in a patient-centered care model. This role requires the ability to make clinical assessments and manage treatment plans autonomously. You will join a supportive team dedicated to delivering excellent care in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patients health or situation.
Advocate for patients as an integral member of the interdisciplinary team.
Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues.
Develop and implement individualized care plans with expected outcomes.
Act as an advocate for patient safety.
Ensure effective care while optimizing the use of time supplies and equipment.
Educate patients and their families on medications procedures and treatments providing support throughout their stay.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience (acute care experience is preferred but LTAC experience will be considered).
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or eligible to obtain licensure prior to start.
Current BLS certification required.
Current ACLS certification preferred; required within 6 months of hire.
BSN degree preferred.
