Microsoft 365 Power Platform Developer

We are seeking a Microsoft 365 / Power Platform Developer to join our team. This role will involve designing developing and deploying modern business applications and workflows across Microsoft 365 SharePoint PowerApps Power Automate Teams and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have experience in Microsoft 365 solution development Power Platform integration business process automation and data visualization and a passion for driving digital transformation and operational efficiency.

As a Microsoft 365 / Power Platform Developer you will be responsible for developing innovative business solutions that enhance collaboration improve process efficiency and drive data-based decision-making. The Microsoft 365 / Power Platform Developer will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements design end-to-end solutions and ensure successful deployment and support of automated workflows and applications.

The Microsoft 365 / Power Platform Developer will also play a key role in migrating legacy business processes into modern scalable systems leveraging the Power Platform ecosystem and Microsoft 365 tools.

• Develop and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions using SharePoint PowerApps Power Automate Teams and Power BI.

• Migrate legacy business processes to Power Platform for enhanced automation and operational efficiency.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

• Design develop and implement custom applications workflows and integrations using Power Platform tools.

• Create interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI for real-time business intelligence and reporting.

• Manage the entire solution lifecycle from development to implementation and ongoing support.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across deployed systems.

• Assist in architectural specifications documenting user requirements and developing user stories.

• Identify and recommend innovative technical solutions that optimize system performance and business operations.

• Drive process improvements and implement quality control measures to ensure sustainable system efficiency.
