Role: Travel LPN/LVN LTC
Location: Montour Falls NY
Duration: 13 Weeks contract
Shift: 08 -hour Evenings shift
Schedule: 40 hours per week/5 days in a week

Pay breakdown:

• Hourly rate - $ 45.6 $18.06 taxable $27.00 non-taxable
• OT rate - $68.4
• Weekly Gross - $1824.00 $744.00 taxable $ 1080.00 stipend

Job Summary:

LPN/LVN (LTC)

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Long-Term Care provides compassionate high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies state regulations and standards of nursing practice. The LPN works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to promote residents physical emotional and psychosocial well-being.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience within specialty required
• AHA BLS certification required
• NY state license or compact license required
• No locals/50 miles radius rule
