Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the mesh manufacturing team during assigned shifts.
- Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment Health & Safety) standards and promote a strong safety culture within the plant.
- Monitor and control all stages of the mesh manufacturing process to meet technical and quality specifications.
- Oversee frame preparation mesh stretching emulsion coating stencil fixing exposure and curing processes.
- Review technical reports inspection results and process documentation to ensure adherence to customer drawings and specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce defects.
- Train mentor and guide team members to build technical capability and process discipline.
- Collaborate with Quality Maintenance and Production departments for smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain and update production data process records and daily shift reports accurately.
Support New Product Development (NPD) trials and customer qualification runs as required.
