Job Summary

Role: PowerBuilder Developer

Location; Bismarck ND- 100% remote from USA

Flexibility with work hours.

Part Time - 30 40 hours in the first month then sporadic support as needed

Duration: 12 months Hours: Approximately

Interview Process: Virtual Teams meeting with camera on

Equipment and software provided by the states IT Division Security Comments

Required Skills and Experience:

- - 2 5 years of hands-on development experience with PowerBuilder
  - Strong proficiency in software design development and testing
  - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  - Effective time management and organizational skills
  - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

Technical Environment:

Development Tools: - PowerBuilder - GIT

Databases: - Oracle - SQL Server - DB2 (preferred) - Adabas/ConnX

Database Skills: - SQL - Stored Procedures

Collaboration Requirements:

Coordinate closely with IT management team members and agency personnel to ensure continuity and quality of application support.
