Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to architect custom Salesforce solutions and lead complex integrations with enterprise and vendor applications. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership requiring someone who can drive successful implementations while mentoring development teams and collaborating effectively with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Development & Architecture:

Design develop and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWCs) Flows Visualforce Aura and Salesforce Communities
Architect robust integrations between Salesforce and enterprise/vendor systems using both synchronous and asynchronous patterns
Leverage integration platforms (MuleSoft Boomi) and Salesforce APIs to ensure seamless data exchange
Implement comprehensive security controls including authentication authorization encryption and monitoring

Team Leadership & Project Management:

Lead cross-functional teams of onsite and offshore developers and testers through complete development lifecycles
Provide technical mentorship and enforce coding standards to ensure high-quality deliverables
Decompose complex business requirements into actionable development tasks and sprint planning
Monitor project progress proactively identify risks and communicate status to stakeholders

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs
Present proof-of-concept demonstrations and technical solutions to business users
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and cross-team collaboration
Manage expectations and maintain clear communication across onsite and offshore teams

Required Qualifications:

6 years of hands-on Salesforce development and integration experience
Expert-level proficiency in Apex Lightning Web Components Flows and Salesforce platform technologies
Proven experience with integration tools and RESTful/SOAP API development
Minimum two Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II Advanced Administrator App Builder or Integration Architect preferred)
Demonstrated leadership experience with development teams in Agile environments
Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences
Experience with BRMS (Business Rules Management Systems) is a plusKey
