Job Summary

Were looking for a Junior Systems Engineer with 23 years of hands-on Tier 2 support experience to join our growing IT infrastructure team. This role is ideal for a technically driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working across enterprise systems. Youll support and maintain key infrastructure components from Microsoft 365 to VMware and Dell storage ensuring system stability performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2 systems support across enterprise environments.
Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 (non-negotiable core skill).
Administer and support Windows Server infrastructure.
Assist in managing Dell storage and backup systems.
Monitor and maintain VMware virtual environments.
Support Cisco UCS systems and assist with routing and switching (nice to have).
Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure upgrades and projects.
Create and maintain documentation for configurations procedures and troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Experience

23 years of experience in Systems Engineering or IT Infrastructure Support.
Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 administration (essential).
Experience with Dell storage and backup technologies.
Strong understanding of Windows Server environments.
Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization.
Exposure to Cisco UCS and networking fundamentals.
Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
