At BIC we are gathering profiles interested in future opportunities in our Sales Team at different levels: Sales Analyst Sales Executive Key Account Manager and Sales Manager.
As a member of our Sales Team youll be responsible for developing key growth sales strategies tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is essential to achieving our growth plan & financial targets. What youll do:
- Strategy: buildcreative sales strategies that are focused on consumer satisfaction and revenue generation for the business
- Analytics:playan analytical role in conducting research and performing analyses on the performance of the sales department ensuring prompt delivery and accuracy of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to senior management
- Relationship: Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client that generate higher revenues for the company
- Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with trade marketing marketing finance and logistics departments to ensure key customer needs are met. Develop a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions
- Maintain healthy customer portfolio. Monetize the clients catalog
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to achieve objectives
- Meet or exceed assigned sales budget and achieve distribution pricing strategy promotion and visibility objectives to increase market share within key product segments
- Design strategic plans aligned to the organization and the customer to sustainably increase our net sales indicators as well as customer sell out
