Job Title: Senior Video and Animation Specialist

The Role
To create highly effective and high value creative material that improves the key equities of the Rathbones brand in key target segments by orchestrating a strongly differentiated brand expression using the power of high quality video production and animation creative expression and execution
Outcomes of the Role
- Video production and animation lead working with marketing and the wider business producing all BAU video/animation requirements
- Bring the brand to life through innovative on-brand creative video and animation design
- Be a custodian of brand standards
- Ability to deliver brief-fulfilling creative
- Providing role specific technical expertise in video and animation principles and management acting as a focal point for technical related matters on projects
- Effectively seek and manage shoot locations and spaces and photography/video/audio production equipment
- Own the version control and sign-off process for requests
- Contribute to & consult on projects that call for video & animation expertise
- Build strong relationships across the business
- Help build a Creative services one-stop team
- Consumer Duty understanding and adherence
Knowledge & Experience
- Experience in a video/animation role ideally in a creative agency or a client side creative services team
- A real video content creator with a portfolio of content to demonstrate experience
- Delivery of award-winning creative
- Asset/Investment Management experience desirable but not essential
- Advanced video/audio equipment and production experience
- Advanced level of prowess with animation and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Cloud suite and Final Cut Pro
- Animation and video production and creative adaption creating and versioning for channel and device
- YouTube channel management and optimisation knowledge.
- Caption creation and automation
- Process driven and attention to detail
- Photography experience highly desirable
