We are looking for a talented and driven Lead Manufacturing Controllingto join our team as a strategic finance business this role you will act as a co-pilot to both the manufacturing and divisional management teams helping to align operations with the fast-paced and continuously evolving demands of the business.
With a strong focus on data analysis cost transparency and continuous improvement this position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about turning financial data into actionable insights.
Your Responsibilities
- Own and lead recurring FP&A processes such as forecasting budgeting and strategic planning as well as ad hoc management reporting.
- Continuously assess and improve FP&A processes balancing standardization with tailored solutions and leveraging analytics to uncover trends strengths and opportunities.
- Optimize product costing methodologies ensuring they realistically and transparently reflect operational performance.
- Support the development of business cases for investment proposals production scenarios and other strategic decisions.
- Conduct monthly analyses of manufacturing variances KPI performance and stock evolution across production stages.
- Provide clear and actionable insights based on cost price developments and operational data.
Your Profile
- Masters degree in Economics Business Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years experience as a manufacturing controller in a complex manufacturing environment with a diverse product portfolio.
- Strong ability to translate financial figures into clear summaries and compelling business cases in close collaboration with manufacturing and business teams.
- Solid working knowledge of SAP FI/CO cost accounting project accounting and budgeting methodologies.
- Experience with Power BI is a plus.
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in flexible collaborative teams.
- Methodical and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility integrity and accountability.
- A flexible mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
- Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbaladaptable to various audiences.
- Fluency in English both spoken and written Dutch knowledge is a plus.
