Senior ManagerJob Description & Summary
We are seeking a seasoned SAP-PP Senior Manager to lead and optimize our production planning processes through SAP. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP-PP strong leadership capabilities and a strategic mindset to drive operational excellence across manufacturing and supply chain functions.Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP-PP implementation upgrades and support across global manufacturing sites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM SD QM PM APO) to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions and configurations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production planning capacity planning and shop floor control.
- Manage and mentor a team of SAP consultants and analysts.
- Oversee change management training and user adoption strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal governance policies.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Information Systems or related field.
- 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP-PP including configuration customization and integration.
- Proven track record of leading SAP-PP projects in large-scale manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of discrete and process manufacturing processes.
- Experience with S/4HANA is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
