Job Summary

SUMMARY:

The Clinical Project Manager is responsible for planning implementing and overseeing clinical operational projects and programs that support the organizations mission. This role ensures that projects are implemented on time progress tracked and aligned with organizational goals and grant requirements. The Clinical Project Manager serves as a liaison between clinical teams leadership the harm reduction/street outreach team and external partners to coordinate resources monitor progress and ensure successful outcomes. Project focus primarily includes Maternal Child Health Harm Reduction-based Mobile Medicine and Access to Primary Care with other clinical projects focused on primary care included in the project scope.

DUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the planning implementation and evaluation of projects within clinical programs from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff administrative teams the harm reduction/street outreach team and leadership to define project goals scope timelines and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress track milestones and prepare reports for leadership grantors and staff teams.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines grant requirements regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Identify and address risks challenges and barriers to project success recommending solutions as needed.
  • Manage project budgets resources and contracts in collaboration with finance and leadership.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment among and across teams ensuring that clinical standards are integrated into project planning.
  • Develop tools workflows and training materials to support successful program implementation.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure outcomes identify improvement opportunities and support evidence-based decision making.
  • Lead and support project teams including the development of project plans managing scheduling of internal and external meetings community partner engagement and ensureproject stability as it progresses.
  • Develop relationships with community organizations and individuals to ensure collaboration and partnership to advance program goals.
  • Document and present program plan goals objectives and outcomes to organizational leadership teams and funders.

SUPERVISORYRESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Does not directly supervise staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors or mastersdegreeincommunity health public health or clinicalareaexperiencemanaging projects within acommunitysetting; 3-5 years of general project management experience.
    • Experience working within a clinical setting orcollaborationwith/coordinating programs within clinical settings; strong knowledge of healthcare operations and clinical workflows.
    • Experience working in organizations that perform outreach and other activities to navigate barriers to care.
  • Experienceworkingwithchemicallydependentadultsandknowledgeofharm reduction principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational problem-solving and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
