Job Summary

The utilities specialist is responsible for the repairs maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant.

Responsibilities and Duties

Cleaning moping sweeping and scrubbing kitchen facilities/patio
Clean dishes
Cleaning exterior patio grounds and parking area
Removing trash from cage area to dumpster
Unload boxes and rotate products
Ensure all products have been delivered and communicate with leaders about inventory
Equipment repair and maintenance
