Job Summary

Help us get ahead of disease together with our Internship Programme

Education required: You are regularly enrolled in a Masters in Supply Chain Data Analysis Engineering Management or similar field in an Educational Establishment located in Europe.

Language requirement: You are fluent in English and French.

Other requirements:

  • Good level in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Exposure to Power BI / Power Apps / Power Automate and/or basic scripting is a plus.

Expected Start date: December 2025 or January 2026

Duration: 4 to 6 months minimum full time preferred

Work arrangements: Hybrid attendance required 2 times a week.

Requisite: The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum for which an agreement must be signed between GSK the student and the Educational Establishment.

Remuneration: According to Belgian legal requirements the internship will not be paid. However some expenses will be reimbursed.

Are you eager to make a real impact and develop your digital skills Join our Supply Chain team as a Digital Transformation Intern! In this role youll collaborate with experienced professionals to help modernize and streamline team activities. Youll support ongoing digital initiatives explore opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas that help shape the future of our operations.

Throughout your internship youll gain hands-on experience with data-driven tools and workflow automation and youll learn how master data is managed and leveraged in a global supply chain environment. Youll also be introduced to SAP analytics and the fundamentals of digital transformation in a business context. This is a unique opportunity to develop your problem-solving communication and project management skills while working in a dynamic supportive team. What will you do

  • Understand how things work today: Look at how requests come in (emails Teams messages) whos involved and what challenges exist. Create a clear picture of the current process.

  • Explore better ways to manage requests: Research tools and ideas for a single place where all requests can be tracked. Compare options list pros and cons and think about what would work best.

  • Help set clear timelines: Work with the team to define response times and categories for requests and create simple guidance so people know how to ask for what they need.

  • Build and test your ideas: Create a first version of the solution share it with the team gather feedback and improve it. Make easy-to-follow guides for users.

  • Show the results: Track how many requests come in how fast theyre handled and how well the process works. Present this in a simple dashboard.

  • Leave a roadmap: Document everything so the team can keep using and improving the process after your internship.


What will you learn

  • How vaccines are made

  • How supply chain planning works

  • How master data works in a Supply Chain context

  • SAP fundamentals in our environment: how master data underpins the planning and execution layers (youll learn where and how MD is used in SAP and how upstream request quality impacts downstream transactions).

  • Request management patterns: ServiceNow Service Catalog form design workflow/routing and Virtual Agent in Microsoft Teams; when to favour Power Platform (Power Apps/Automate) for light workflows.

  • Data modelling & reporting: structuring intake data for Power BI dashboards; defining KPIs

  • You have problem-solving skills and an inquisitive mind.

  • You have an interest in the supply chain.

  • You have good interpersonal skills good communication skills & good organisational skills.

  • Managing projects independently under the guidance of the course supervisor.

  • Organisation of meetings with stakeholders to obtain information on business requirements.
