Responsibilities:

Under supervision performs a variety of installation-related duties including routine work troubleshooting modification and repair work in the assigned area.
Duties will include working with wheels leather interior packages lift kits led lighting radios spray in bedliners and much more.
Assures installation work is performed at the rate and specifications required by the customer and agreed upon by the company on a daily basis.
Works efficiently by the establishment and ongoing improvement of performance standards.
Knows and understands technical information and specifications of the proper installation of all products.
Organizes work so all installations are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
Pays close attention to detail works to achieve error-free performance.
Utilizes proper techniques in the use of all tools equipment etc.
Practices preventative maintenance of equipment ensuring lower cost of repair and replacement.
Communicate issues/items of importance to appropriate management personnel.
Responsible for other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Must have at least 3 years as an automotive accessories technician
Must have your own set of tools. Tool purchase program available
Maintain a professional attitude with attention to personal appearance.
Knowledge of product accessories and services
Pay close attention to cleanliness and orderliness of assigned work area.
Aware of and follow all safety standards and requirements.
Ability to think critically and find solutions.
Capable of standing lifting and handling equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Prior experience with vehicle accessories and installation
Customer Service focus
Familiar with aftermarket vehicle accessories
