Job Summary: We arelooking to add an upbeatFront Desk Agentto join our team in assisting with all aspects of hotel guests accommodations. Applicants must be self-motivated in a customer service-oriented atmosphere and must have a full understanding of the importance of working as a team to provide great customer service to our guests. Must feel comfortable in all situations showing confidence and able to make fast decisions in any situation.
Part Time hours available (16-24 hours per week) primarily afternoons. Weekends and holidays included.

Responsibilities
Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
Manage online and phone reservations
Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
Register guests collecting all necessary information
Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
Provide information about our hotel available rooms rates and amenities
Respond to clients complaints in a timely and professional manner
Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests needs
Upsell additional facilities and services when appropriate
Monitor all areas of the hotel to assure secure and safe.
Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
Document any guest comments/maintenance requests.
Maintain all areas of the front desk.
Qualifications
Prior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent Receptionist or similar role
Experience with hotel reservations software
Customer service experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
