How you will make an impact:
As HR Manager you will play a key role as a trusted partner mentor and driver of transformation for the Site leadership of Athlone and all our activities in Ireland. To achieve this you will translate HR processes in the areas of talent management organizational development performance management career development employee relations diversity compensation planning and change leadership into practical HR procedures and actions. This role requires at least four days per week onsite leading and advocating HR activities.
What you will contribute:
Talent Advocate
Support talent attraction and management including recruitment assessment and development to champion a positive culture built upon our 4i values: Integrity Intensity Innovation and Involvement.
Leadership development
Deliver mentorship to people managers regarding HR policies and employee training needs. Support colleagues in the navigation of employee relations matters including performance management grievance or disciplinary processes.
Interpersonal Adaptability and Resolve
Build partnerships with sites HR and business leaders to guide site activities shape culture and drive employee engagement.
HR Analytics and Data Driven Insights
Use data and people metrics dashboards to drive continuous improvement of talent and business capabilities as well as influence change in the broader HR team.
Project/Process Management
Lead HR and process improvement projects and support annual HR processes as well as coordinate effective compensation equity and planning. Engage with merger acquisition and divestment activities.
How you will get here:
Education:
Ideally CIPD qualified with a relevant degree in Human Resources or related experience.
