Registered Nurse (RGN)
Night Shifts 21 per hour Full-Time Maternity Cover

What Were Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN.
- Strong clinical background with proven experience in a nursing or care home setting.
- Confident in clinical decision-making and emergency response.
- Excellent communication teamwork and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality person-centred nursing care in line with best practice standards.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to care staff during night shifts.
- Administer medication safely and accurately maintaining detailed and compliant records.
- Assess plan implement and evaluate individual care plans.
- Ensure the safety comfort and wellbeing of residents throughout the night.
- Collaborate with families GPs and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Promote dignity respect and independence at all times.
