The Team:

Contributor Account Management Team will enable you to become a successful professional and gain valuable global exposure by working closely with our internal stakeholders research contributors commercial teams and our clients. We are a group of over 30 members with a global presence in India the Philippines Japan the U.K. and the U.S.

Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Lead motivate and support team members to enhance performance and foster a positive work environment
  • Set performance standards and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team objectives are met
  • Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members
  • Support customers and sales in pre and post sales activities in the effort to maximize retention
  • Manage our research contributor entitlement requirements deepening our partnership with research providers driving contributor retention and helping to achieve our companys commercial and product goals

What Were Looking For: a person who is resourceful adaptable creative and detailed with high energy and a positive attitude

Qualifications:

  • College degree with a minimum of 8 years working experience in a global organization
  • Must be fluent (spoken and written) in English language
  • Minimum of 3 years of Client/Product Support experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Broker Research Access and Broker Relationship
  • Experience with financial data software/tools such as CIQ CIQ Pro and VA Insights
  • Experience with CRM systems such as salesforce
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of SQL
  • An ability to present or discuss an analysis of the problem at hand and its possible solution(s) with partners of all levels
  • Possess exceptional listening written and oral communication skills to facilitate communication and interaction with all staff levels and customers
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a role model exemplifying professionalism integrity and a commitment to excellence
  • Enthusiastic / self-motivated ability to work on own and under pressure
  • Flexible to changes in a dynamic environment
