Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee QA Analyst Agentic AI
In this role youll be part of Genpacts transformation under GenpactNext as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutionsdomain-specific autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. Youll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.
Responsibilities
Learn Testing Methodologies: Acquire knowledge of comprehensive software testing methodologies to ensure product quality and reliability.
Assist in Test Case Development: Support the creation and execution of detailed test cases covering all aspects of product functionality.
Utilize Automated Testing Tools: Gain proficiency in using automated testing tools like Selenium to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
Conduct Performance Testing: Participate in performance testing to evaluate system stability and scalability under various conditions.
Collaborate on Information Architecture: Work with cross-functional teams to understand how information architecture aligns with product requirements and enhances user experience.
Ensure Accessibility Standards: Learn to verify that all products meet accessibility standards providing inclusive user experiences for diverse audiences.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Basic understanding of software testing methodologies and practices.
Familiarity with test case development and execution for web applications.
Interest in learning automated testing tools particularly Selenium.
Understanding of basic performance testing concepts.
Awareness of information architecture principles and accessibility standards (like WCAG).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Internship or project experience in quality assurance or software testing.
Familiarity with Agile practices and tools.
Knowledge of API testing tools (like Postman) and performance testing frameworks.
