Here are some of the core responsibilities of the role:

  • Demonstrate mastery ofMarket Intelligences quantitativeproduct suitein order todesign a solution that solves customers data related challenge(s)

  • Develop and executeonterritory strategyfor Market Intelligences quantitative offering(s)

  • Responsiblefor supporting both commercial and product initiatives within the Data Management Solutions product portfolio

  • Execute outbound sales strategies through collaboration withSales Product and Marketing counterparts.

  • Be entrepreneurial - stay current with industry news to develop marketing initiatives and create client events to attract prospects

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $85773 to $119858. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individuals geographic location as well as experience level skill set training licenses and certifications.

In addition to base compensation this role is eligible for a sales commission plan.

WhatWereLooking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience inproduct commercial orresearch rolesrelated to the Buy Side industry

  • Experience in managing and growing business within complex organizations like SAAS.

  • Strongtechnical andnegotiation skills to close complex deals

  • Willingness to approach every problem as an entrepreneur with grit creativity and persistence

  • Proficiencyin MS OfficeExceland Salesforce

  • Strong communication organizationpresentationand negotiation skills.

  • Analytical capabilities in the areas of financial modeling and valuation analysisisdesirable.

  • Confidence in cold calling and dealing with C-Level executives over the phone and in person.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in business commerce or related subjects CFA MBA will be a plus.

  • Experience selling into the Investment Management HedgeFundsand Private Equity space.

  • Background in selling data analytical software platforms
