Job Summary

Are you ready to make your next career move tojoin our teamand manage your own local portfolio as well as service team as our Sales & Operations Manager for KONE Fort Wayne IN area

Your primary responsibilities in this role include:

  • Responsible for development implementation and attainment of an annual business plan operating budget and orders budget utilizing KONE business processes.

  • Executes implementation of objectives/initiatives for the service modernization and new equipment business.

  • Development of KONE position and market share in the local market.

  • Ensures development of customer relationships profitability customer loyalty and satisfaction.

  • Develops and fosters communication between all departments including effective problem resolution.

You will bring 3 years of relevant sales expertise to our KONE family and an appetite for learning an exciting and new field. You will use the knowledge gained when obtaining your bachelors degree or 3 years of relevant working experience.

Budgeted Annual Base Salary: $104000 - $143000

Sales commission is also a part of the total compensation package.
