We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Coordinator to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering a pilot program supporting victim-survivors of family domestic and sexual violence in the Northern Metropolitan Region.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Tertiary qualification (AQF level 8) in Social Work Psychology Counselling or related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals and families affected by family domestic and sexual violence (FDSV) and/or child sexual abuse (CSA).
- Experience in case coordination short-term case management and trauma-informed practice.
- Strong leadership and team supervision experience with the ability to support and mentor staff.
It would be a bonus if you:
- Postgraduate qualifications in Social Work Psychology Community Services or a related field.
- Previous experience within primary health care settings or working in partnership with GP clinics
- Demonstrated experience in program coordination or pilot project implementation.
You will lead a pilot program in partnership with local primary health care services (PCHS) in Northern Metropolitan region specifically encompassing the City of Playford City of Salisbury and surrounds. You will be responsible for supervising a multidisciplinary team that supports individuals and families affected by family domestic and sexual violence (FDSV) and child sexual abuse (CSA). You will oversee day-to-day service delivery manage data and reporting and strengthen referral pathways through collaboration with GP clinics and community services. You will also drive community engagement/lived experience initiatives workforce capability building ensure trauma-informed and culturally safe practices and contribute to service integration across the region.
