Job Summary

TLG Global is an international group with over 40 years of experience in real estate development hospitality and residency-by-investment programs with operations in Latvia.

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our BD & Investor Relations Team bringing proven experience in the real estate sector strong market insight and the ambition to grow within a dynamic international organization.

What we expect:

Manage visits and relations with Chinese investors.
Assist with the processing of Residency by Investment applications.
Support the immigration and investment team in managing client cases.
Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
Represent the company in meetings and events.

Requirements

Requirements:

Mandatory experience or knowledge in business immigration.
Strong network in the investment migration sector is a plus.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in English Mandatory
Fluent in Chinese Mandatory
Fluent in Latvian Bonus
