Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pre-Primary Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a supportive and engaging educational environment. This role is vital in shaping the foundational cognitive emotional and social development of children aged 36. The teacher will design and deliver age-appropriate interactive lessons that foster curiosity creativity and early literacy and numeracy skills. By creating a warm inclusive classroom atmosphere the teacher will play a key role in building confidence and a lifelong love for learning in early childhood.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood curriculum standards.
- Create a safe stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that supports social emotional and cognitive growth.
- Monitor and document each childs progress through observation assessment and regular communication with parents.
- Foster positive relationships with students parents and colleagues to support holistic child development.
- Collaborate with team members to plan activities share resources and maintain consistent teaching practices.
- Incorporate play-based learning arts music and movement into daily routines to enhance learning outcomes.
- Maintain classroom organization materials and safety standards in compliance with school policies.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field; Diploma in Pre-Primary Education is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in a pre-primary or kindergarten setting.
- Strong understanding of child development stages and early learning principles.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in using basic digital tools for lesson planning and record-keeping.
- Passion for working with young children and commitment to fostering a positive learning experience.
