Core responsibilities include comprehensive labor support continuous fetal monitoring epidural assessment facilitation medication administration per protocol labor progression assessment and expedited safe deliveries. Youll provide evidence-based postpartum education newborn assessment lactation support and family-centered care that empowers parents for successful transitions home. Documentation is precise and timely and youll coordinate with physicians midwives and the neonatal team to manage emergencies and optimize outcomes.
