We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Processing Clerk to join our team this role you will be responsible for accurately entering updating and maintaining data in our systems. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently has strong attention to detail and is comfortable using computers and online tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data in databases spreadsheets or company systems
Review information for accuracy and completeness before submission
Organize and maintain electronic files and records
Perform regular data verification and cleanup tasks
Generate simple reports or summaries when needed
Communicate with team members to clarify or verify information
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree a plus)
Strong typing and computer skills (Excel Google Sheets data entry software)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Good written and verbal communication skills
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Previous experience in data entry or clerical work preferred but not required

High level of integrity professionalism and discretion. Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments. Proficient in investigative software databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
