Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Complete Creative is seeking a dynamic Creative Strategist who understands how creativity drives business outcomes across both digital and in-person experiences particularly in the B2B sector. This is a key hire (Hire #4) and will play a critical role in shaping the future of Complete Creative as we scale.

The Creative Strategist will collaborate closely with our Lead Designer and leadership team to translate client goals into strong brand narratives compelling content campaign strategies and cohesive visual experiences. This role requires someone who listens deeply thinks holistically and knows what makes brands truly stand out in a crowded world.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead brand campaign and creative strategy across multiple client accounts.
  • Work closely with the Lead Designer to ensure strategic alignment from concept through execution.
  • Interface directly with clients guiding them through discovery vision articulation and brand direction.
  • Research audiences competitors and market positioning to make strategic recommendations.
  • Develop messaging frameworks brand tone/voice guidelines campaign narratives and creative briefs.
  • Support implementation of digital strategies including SEO AEO organic content and paid marketing when needed.
  • Provide insights for paid media strategies and help shape creative concepts for digital ad campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the team to build internal systems processes and culture as we grow.

Requirements


What You Bring


  • 3 years of experience in branding marketing strategy creative direction or a closely related field.
  • Strong ability to listen extract what matters and translate ideas into strategic clarity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication relationship-first communicator.
  • Understanding of the intersection of design strategy and why both are needed for strong brands.
  • Familiarity with SEO AEO organic digital growth and content-driven brand building.
  • Demonstrated experience running paid ads (Meta Google LinkedIn or similar platforms).
  • Thrives in a startup environment: resourceful proactive collaborative and embraces change.
  • High emotional intelligence empathy and ability to work with diverse personalities.

Compensation & Growth Path

  • $35/hr starting Part-Time - Full-Time
