NACG is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented scheduler to support project scheduling and controls for a major civil construction project in the Fort McMurray area. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong experience in construction management scheduling and project analytics. Key Responsibilities

• Develop maintain and optimize project schedule using Primavera P6 ensuring alignment with project milestones and overall timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Implement and oversee project control systems to track progress costs and resource allocation.
• Monitor variances and propose corrective actions to maintain project efficiency.
• Assist in resource loading for materials labor and equipment.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and project optimization.
• Generate reports on project performance schedule adherence and cost efficiency.

Work Experience:

• • 3-5 years of experience related to scheduling project analytics and controls on civil construction projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of Primavera.
  • Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and respond to emerging and changing priorities.
  • Strong understanding of the complexities involved in scheduling earthworks activities on large-scale construction projects.

5. Undergo and successfully pass the following pre-employment testing:

• Breath Alcohol Test
• Urine Drug Test
• Fitness-to-Work Health Assessment
• Audiometric Testing
• Vision Screening
