Job Summary
We are looking for an entry level Network Technician to join our team and provide onsite technician support in Coordination with our offsite IT service provider. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented eager to learn and interested in growing within the IT field.
* Set up new computers with Windows Autopilot
* Assist with equipment moves cable management and workstation set ups
* Provide hands-on support for trouble shooting hardware and peripherals issues
* Serve as onsite liaison for our offsite IT provider for coordinated support
* Install and replace hardware components under remote guidance
* Monitor basic system functionality and report issues promptly
* Maintain organized inventory of equipment and accessories
* Provide support for routine office technology needs
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or certifications in IT preferred
* Basic understanding of computers operating systems and hardware components
* Problem solving skills and willingness to learn
* Ability to lift and move equipment such as monitors computers and small devices
* Good communication skills and customer service mindset
* Ability to work well with remote teams and follow guided instructions
