Groundskeeper/ Porter - Rialto CA

Your Role:
As a Groundskeeper at our community Linden Court youll play a key role in maintaining the overall cleanliness safety and much more for our community. Your attention to detail strong work ethic and commitment to excellent service will help create a welcoming environment for residents and guests alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain community grounds including walkways parking lots and common areas
- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping blowing pressure washing and trash removal
- Clean outdoor furniture fixtures and assigned maintenance areas
- Report any safety concerns or maintenance needs to the appropriate team members
- Provide courteous helpful customer service to residents and guests
- Support the maintenance team with additional tasks as needed
What Were Looking For:
- Reliable detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Previous groundskeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor in all weather conditions
- Must be available to work weekends
- Note: Days off are currently Sunday/Monday but will change to weekdays in January 2026.
- Valid drivers license preferred
- Must pass a background check and drug screening

Compensation & Benefits:
- The Lewis Group of Companies reasonably expects to pay $21.50 per hourfor this role with actual compensation based on skills experience location and business needs.
