Job Summary

Temp To Perm

Estimator for thriving business in the commercial and industrial field

Responsibilities / Job Scope supporting commercial and industrial projects:

Analyze blueprints and specifications to prepare plumbing estimates
Collaborate with project managers and team
Develop cost estimates and proposals
Perform material and labor take-offs

Qualifications Required:

Experience and strong knowledge of plumbing systems codes and construction practices is preferred
Minimum of ten years estimating in the commercial field preferred
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs
Proficient with estimating software
Degree preferred
