The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization is seeking a Product Security Engineer Lead (Product Security Test Engineer)to join our cyber test capability team in Oklahoma City OK; Las Vegas NV; or Long Beach CA.
In addition to specific program responsibilities the successful candidate will be joining the growing BT&E Product Security Engineering Capability. They will be joining a team of advanced Product Security Engineers from across the Boeing Enterprise collaboratively developing best practices techniques and tools while fostering a community that enhances our ability to deliver exceptional value to our customers.
Position Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the planning and development of cyber test events for avionics systems.
- Leverage software and/or systems engineering experience to build new testing tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and requirements.
- Develop and maintain test documentation including test plans procedures and reports.
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for product improvements and risk mitigation
- Represent Red Team in engagements with Boeing government suppliers and customer leadership.
- Develop and mature enterprise Cyber T&E best practices and solutions
- Participate in enterprise-wide security assessments to include risk vulnerability and penetration tests
- Support incident response activities
- Mentor and guide product security engineers in domain of expertise
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology) chemistry physics mathematics data science or computer science
- 3 years of experience in security testing of RF/GPS domain
- 10 years of experience in Software development
- 10 years of experience in cyber or software test
- 5 years of experience in leading people or teams as a technical lead engineer
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with Radio Frequency functional testing
- Experience with Commercial and Defense Aerospace products
Summary pay range for lead level: $174250 $294000
