Summary of Position

The Department of Medicine at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine (LKSOM) is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time faculty position within its Section of Endocrinology Diabetes & Metabolism.

The successful candidate will join Temple Healths active clinical and academic Endocrinology program which provides outpatient care at Temples Health Science Campus and Temple Health multispecialty centers throughout the Philadelphia region as well as consultative services within the Temple University Health System.

Responsibilities include patient care across a broad range of endocrine and metabolic disorders as well as participation in the educational mission of the Sectionsupporting fellowship residency and medical student training. Opportunities for scholarly effort and clinical research are available and encouraged.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • M.D. D.O. M.D./Ph.D. or foreign equivalent
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine and board eligibility/certification in Endocrinology
  • Appointment will be at the level of Assistant Professor or higher commensurate with experience.
