Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift Type: Day Shift Monday Friday
Guaranteed Hours: 32 Hours per Week
Estimated Weekly Pay: $1664 (Gross)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week day shift assignment in Lake Havasu City AZ. The Physical Therapist will provide rehabilitative care to patients in a skilled nursing setting helping them restore function improve mobility and enhance their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapy programs aimed at improving strength flexibility balance and coordination.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Monitor and document patient progress adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and families on at-home exercises and recovery techniques.
Ensure compliance with all facility state and federal guidelines related to patient care and documentation.

Qualifications:

Active Arizona Physical Therapist License (or eligibility to obtain before start).
Current BLS Certification (AHA).
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.
Excellent communication documentation and interpersonal skills.
