Job Summary
Position Title: Surgical Technologist CVOR
Location: Plano TX
Job Type: Contract
Schedule: MondayFriday Day Shift (6:30 AM 3:00 PM)
Compensation: $45 $50 per hour
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Surgical Technologist CVORfor an exciting job in Plano TX.
Responsibilities:
Prepare the operating room with necessary instruments supplies and equipment.
Assist surgeons during cardiovascular and vascular procedures including CABG and valve surgeries.
Maintain a sterile field and uphold strict infection control standards.
Ensure surgical instruments are properly sterilized organized and accounted for.
Collaborate with nurses and surgeons to support safe and efficient operations.
Participate in call rotation as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of CVOR experience required.
Proficiency in CABG and valve procedures.
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred.
Current BLS certification required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced trauma environment.
