Job Summary
Eldercare at Home is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team as an Experienced Staff Aide.
This is a unique and rewarding opportunity for a CNA who enjoys variety and teamwork. The Staff Aide plays an important role in starting new cases providing fill-in coverage and mentoring new aides all while making a meaningful difference in the lives of the clients we serve.
Position Highlights
- Full-time day shifts available between 7:00 AM 4:00 PM and every other weekend as needed
- Pay rate: $17$20/hr based on experience
- Work closely with a supportive collaborative care team
- Opportunity to develop leadership skills while providing hands-on care

What Youll Do
As a Staff Aide youll support both clients and fellow caregivers by:
- Providing personal care companionship and light housekeeping
- Assisting with transportation and errands
- Starting new client cases and providing short-term fill-in coverage
- Mentoring and supporting new aides as they join the team
- Promoting a positive caring experience for every client
Qualifications
- Active CNA license required
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience
- Availability between 7:00 AM 4:00 PM and every other weekend as needed
- Dependable flexible and team-oriented
