Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate/Process Developer Payroll
This role is essential in optimizing payroll operations by leveraging payroll data information and administering payroll to enhance workforce experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration operational support and fostering collaboration across HR and business functions.
Responsibilities
Processing:
Execute payroll transactions ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and US statutory requirements.
Validate employee data and ensure proper inputs for payroll calculations.
Management:
Maintain and update payroll databases ensuring data integrity.
Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
and Documentation:
Ensure adherence to local labour laws and tax regulations in payroll processing.
Prepare and maintain payroll records and reports for compliance audits.
Support:
Address payroll-related queries from employees and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless support.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR Management Finance Accounting or a related field.
Proven experience in Payroll or a related role or similar role.
Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
Five Days working from Office
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Preference of an understanding of Payroll module
Familiarity with HRIS platforms Workday Ticketing tools and US statutory payroll requirements.
Certification in payroll management is a plus.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
